Each programme includes personalised 1:1 coaching, weekly check-ins, Zoom calls for accountability and lots of education to ensure you build habits that are long lasting, direct access to me via WhatsApp and full access to the app, where you’ll find your workouts, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and extra guides.
The FLEXFORM fitness programme runs for three, six or twelve months depending on your goal and the duration required. This ensures that your results will be sustainable and last long-term.
You do not need a gym membership, you have the option to train at home or in the gym. However, if you opt for home workouts you will require dumbbells or some form or weights. Your plan will be tailored to your preference and the equipment you have.
Everything is done online through my app. You’ll get a clear workout and nutritions plans to follow, video demonstrations, progress tracking tools, and weekly Zoom calls to keep you on track and supported.
Absolutely! Every plan is built around your current level, you’ll progress at your own pace, and I’ll adjust things as you improve. Many of my clients started exactly where you are now.
